No Returns or Cancellations

  • All Sales Final: We do not accept returns or order cancellations under any circumstance.

  • Order Accuracy: Please verify all order details—style, texture, length, quantity, and shipping address—before you complete checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred by incorrect address information.

Transit Delays

  • While we strive for on-time delivery, transit delays can happen. Kyomi Hair Co. is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other acts of nature.

  • No Refunds/Chargebacks: Delay-related refunds or chargebacks will not be honored.

Chargebacks

  • Kyomi Hair Co. is not responsible for chargebacks arising from:
    • Transit delays

    • Lost or mis-delivered packages

    • Shipping carrier errors

  • By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our right to dispute any unauthorized chargebacks.

Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend selecting Route protection or carrier insurance at checkout to safeguard against loss or damage.
