No Returns or Cancellations
We do not accept returns or order cancellations under any circumstance. Please verify all order details—style, texture, length, quantity, and shipping address—before you complete checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred by incorrect address information.
Transit Delays
While we strive for on-time delivery, transit delays can happen. Kyomi Hair Co. is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other acts of nature. Delay-related refunds or chargebacks will not be honored.
